GroupOn Technologies does not discriminate, everyone is given a fair chance to advance their careers and broaden their horizons. Training and Development is always important for any career, and to find companies that really provide that type of development is rare; however, GroupOn wants their associates to succeed and grow in all that they do. The associates are all different, and it creates a beautiful rainbow of understanding. If you want a true International experience, GroupOn Technologies is the place you want to be.
Cons
Like any company, change can be a challenge, but with GroupOn any changes are usually for the benefit of the company and the employees. I do not really have anything negative to say, I have watched GroupOn grow, through time and experience this company has really stepped up, and become a force to be reckoned with in the BPO market. I look forward to being a part of the continuous adventure.
