      Pros

      - There's no shortage of very smart personnel. Everyone is highly technical and strives to find solutions to tough problems. - Fun work - there's always a chance to make a meaningful difference. There are no silos or artificial barriers. Lots of opportunities to try cross-functional work. - Diverse environment filled with many unique viewpoints. - Free snacks.

      Cons

      - Environment can feel resource constrained at times given the workload, but nothing too surprising from an early stage startup.

      Great company culture and perks. The team is very talented making it a great environment to work in and collaborate with one another. Projects are challenging but very rewarding.

      The work is exciting, you may not want to leave.

      Work life balance. learning opportunities.

      Cons

      There is no clear plan for future and the employees have no idea about the company’s goal. The higher management is not transparent with the employees either. There is huge lack of trust in CEO. Also very poor company culture. Higher managers fail to communicate with the employees and discourage employees to communicate. CEO and CTO of the company are very biased and treat employees unfairly.
