Having been a part of this company for almost 10 years I can truly say I've found the job of my dreams. I never plan on writing another resume for myself because I have all I need here. Being here close to a decade I find a new challenge and a new height to reach every year. It's also great to have the support team we have here. The Managing Directors, Brad and Drew, along with the rest of the crew are a main reason for me to never look else where for work.

Pros

You won't find a better place to learn, develop and have fun, not just career wise but in life too. The team and leadership here are second to none and will support and encourage you in every facet. Whether you're just starting out or continuing your career the team will look out for you and have your back which makes for an amazing environment to work in. Great commission structure, flexible working and an awesome office with regular events, you simply won't find a better company to work with.

Cons

Can't think of any cons for the company, the job itself has ups and downs as is the nature of sales based positions but the company does everything to support you through this.
