      Pros

      As an individual contributor for my role, i have autonomy to make decision in the projects i embark on. I have supportive co-workers who are based in Germany (our headquarters).

      Cons

      There is not much growth in my role in Singapore. I addition, there is a lot of uncertainty in this company. Starting from 2015, there has been many retrenchment in our offices.

      Working environment is good, the team are helpful. Have possibility to work together with colleagues from Güntner branches in another country.

      Cons

      Although the working environment is okay, for my role the possibility to be promoted is low, and the benefit given is just okay/standard.
