Pros
Best thing about working here is management. Dawn and Patrick are incredibly kind and helpful. No micromanagement - they trust you to get the work done. I believe they pay you what you're worth. They'll be fair to you. Just try your best, and you'll do great here.
Cons
I can't think of any cons.. I guess it would be nice if PTO over 160 hours wasn't bought out at end of year.

Pros
Very respectful towards employees and extremely knowledgeable team. The team is very fun and friendly towards newcomers, will assist you as much as possible. Many learning opportunities are also provided and there is complete trust in employee capabilities. Had a great time here.
Cons
a little micromanagement, but very understanding towards work/life and flexible.
