Such an interesting, intelligent, talented and friendly team. I love coming to work with them each day. There's a clear drive to do good in the world, and work hard to solve challenging problems with people at the core. Work-life balance, it's expected that you go home on time (unsurprisingly, deadlines do effect this on occasion) The culture. There's a creative, innovative and friendly mood in the studios, and always something interesting going on.

Cons

Decisions aren't made particularly quickly. Communication could be better from the top down.
