      Pros

      Great family owners who consider employees like one of there own. Loyal employees are mostly long timers with the average of about 15 years there. Very positive environment for competent people.

      Cons

      Traveling.... I wanted more. Didn't like last sales manager who quit.. that is a plus actually.
