Incredible company culture, supportive management, good work-life balance, summer Friday's, annual company summit, meaningful work, option to work from home or in their Chicago office, very nice coworkers who genuinely support each other, opportunities for career growth and development. Senior management will know your name and be very involved in the process with you, including client interaction and personal career growth. Truly enjoyed my time working for this company and would absolutely recommend working here to anyone with a passion for biotech or the life science industry who wants to work behind the scenes to bring these company's stories to the world.
Cons
Not a con for everyone, but would recommend working here with either a highly proficient understanding of the life sciences/biotech industry or a genuine interest in learning more, especially if you're working in PR or content writing. 100% of clients are within this field. The company will work with you to bring you up to speed but it's a challenging and highly technical field that isn't for everyone.
