Got to live in the intern house for free room and board in addition to the pay Tight knit group of interns at the time
Cons
Not really any huge cons for this, just in general an okay place to start working. Biggest con was the small team of 3D generalists were taking on a lot of work that needed a bigger team and more time.

Pros
It was a laid-back, creative environment where you could work alongside like-minded individuals who were friendly. Work was interesting and everyone got a hands on approach, including interns. Internship was a great opportunity and can range anywhere from three months to a year and includes housing. Benefits were pretty good and it's good for experience.
Cons
Compensation was not reflected in value/work of employees. Work/life balance was not respected and deadlines were poorly managed. There are not many opportunities after a full-time offer except a new title that is created with a false impression of climbing the ladder. Not a sustainable workflow and leaves employees discouraged and frustrated. Frat boy culture, that gets old and uncomfortable real fast.
