      The job allowed me to work independently while gaining lots of experience in the industry.

      Cons

      Management was not always the best, and work often backed up to the point that I was unable to do my job.

      Pros

      Promote from within when possible. Friendly atmosphere. Hardly ever work weekends, as overtime when needed is done Monday through Friday. Climate controlled working environment.

      Cons

      Insurance is not very affordable.
