      Hired is a leader in workforce development in the Twin Cities that does excellent work serving the local community. During my career here, I loved the flexibility in my work schedule, the time off benefits were very generous, and I really valued the opportunities for training and development I was given. The leadership team has placed an emphasis on DEI education and awareness to foster learning and growth for staff. It was inspiring to work with such caring co-workers every day that are so passionate about the work they're doing. I'm very proud to have been part of this wonderful organization!
