I was part of the HITN team for a full year, working at HITN in the capacity of Associate Producer/ Game Designer. My participation in the company was one of the most rewarding personal and professional experiences of my life. I was fortunate to work in team with top talent where I had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with incredibly brilliant artists and industry professional in a environment where critical-thinking, creativity as well as a healthy dose of playfulness were encouraged and welcome. The company offered interesting and stimulating professional development and supported a work-life balance for all employees offering family outings and holiday parties where we all got to meet each others families and strengthen relationships. I truly felt that this was my work family. Oh and free breakfast and free lunch on a daily basis were definitely an awesome and most appreciated perk!
