Pros
It's easy to get the job, you don't have to dress up nice. You can take lunch whenever you want. Some good strategic advice and take as many days off as you want as long as you close a deal a month, and you may get a draw. A good place to start. They spend a lot of money on marketing, themselves.
Cons
No lead is exclusive, 100% commission, half-truths, no hr, no real rules, intimidation, your draw can be cancelled with no heads up. Long hours, and no benefits. High turnover is common theme. Nothing is on paper.
