HLS is considered a leader in the industry and it is because we have a visionary CEO who turns visions into reality together with his management team. One tradition HLS have are staff lunches on every special occasion like Easter, Summer Barbeques, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year plus occasional pizza day, Tim Horton's Day, Ice Cream Sandwich day and more. These lunches are personally prepared by the management team headed by the CEO. This is how employees were made to feel that HLS is not only a workplace, but a family. I've worked here for 31 years and i witnessed how it is continually growing and is always implementing new industry innovations and techniques. The continued growth in Customer base ensure stability for all employees who worked most of their life in this company. I witnessed many retirees who worked for more than 40 years, 30 years, 25 years.
