      Pros

      ESOP, wonderful coworkers, lots of engagement to create a team and meet fellow coworkers, lots of opportunity to grow career, learning opportunities. I completely enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      figuring out what you're working on can be challenging but once placed with a team was often great.
