      Pros

      - Learning more things in less time. - Good support from senior and development manager. (Always found "how to do it?" attitude instead of pointing out mistakes) - Flexible timing - Good benefits

      Cons

      - North/West of Brampton, would not be easy to commute from out of city. - The work can be a little challenging and there can be a steep learning curve.

      1. ASP.NET MVC Web application and AngularJS Mobile Application. 2. Full Stack development experience. 3. Competitive salary and benefits. Flexible hours. 4. Management team is very experienced and very good. Communication in the company is way above average.

      Cons

      Some overtime is required. Application is complex (necessarily so) so the work can be challenging which causes more risk in the time estimates for code changes.
