      Wide Variety of Interesting Projects Delivered by Strong Teams

      Projects are very interesting and you learn a lot very quickly at the organisation Great people to work with at all levels of the organisation Fantastic benefits - health plan, commission, excellent pension contribution Great work life balance - option to work from home 4 out of 5 days per week Employees are never micro-managed, as long as the workload is completed to a high standard, freedom is granted to be flexible with their working pattern. Organisation looks after employees, allows the multi-national team to work from their home country when required. Business is trending in a great direction, larger projects with larger clients.

      Cons

      Peaks and troughs in workload - it can at times be extremely busy or fairly quiet. The quiet times can be particularly difficult for a talented team who are eager to learn and develop.
