      Pros

      New management team is turning the culture around. They care about you as an employee but also as a person. Still plenty of room to grow in the market.

      Cons

      The HQ office in Poland needs to let the US Subsidiary have more autonomy as the best know the US marketplace.

      Company offered a lot of perks with regards to travel but it needed a stronger sales manager to lead the team better.

      Cons

      There were people employed there that shouldn't have been, due to bad judgement.
