Pros
Product has a positive effect on society. Fair, ethical management. Respectful of employees needs. Decent Pay. Positive Culture. Fun Co-workers. Flexible Work Schedules. Generous Benefits. Clean, well maintained work space. Occasional free lunch.
Cons
Management are big picture people. The employee has to initiate sharing challenges, struggles and victories. Very little support for job related education. I've missed webinars supplied by our customers to train me because I've been to busy to sign on. Management forgets to tell us about changes that will affect our position, easy to get blind sided.

Pros
Halo is privately owned and has at it's core the mission of helping babies sleep safely and avoid sleep related deaths. There is a personal feel to the business that lets it's employees know that they are making a difference.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity for significant advancement.
