You work with some of the most talented people in the industry on some seriously cool projects. This goes for all facets of the business from engineering to production to business development.

Cons

Halon is expereincing growing pains of a successful company. Going from a small to a medium size business without a lot of infra structure in place which is changing. It can create quite a lot of turbulence for people.
