      Great colleagues and management. A lot of knowledge to be gained if willing to put in the work and go in with an open mind. Lots of areas and opportunity to grow and expand experience level.

      Readily provide equipment necessary to conduct tasks. Enable independent thinking and self-reliance in the implementation of systems. Very progressive and receptive to the implementation of new ideas.

      Cons

      Many moving parts on the new on-boarding system -- working out the kinks. Little bit of hunt and pecking to determine processes or pathways to initiate action. Multiple "small" sights spread across the SE and and SW states often functioning with independent systems.
