      Observe how other countries manage their operations, and learn from them, learn how to interact with other cultures and the way they handle there job duties.

      Cons

      Learning new task like using airport terms, communication with load masters, flight captain and members of the whole operation in relation with cargo, and review dangerous goods shipments.
