      Hanmi Bank truly cares about their employees. They allow for a healthy work-life balance, offering flexibility, wellness programs, and benefits that can make a difference in your daily life. Teams are structured and trained very well so everything flows smoothly.

      Cons

      Because Hanmi bank has been well-established for years, sometimes processes can feel a little slow moving or traditional but leadership is always open to feedback.
