      Pros

      Hansei is an exceptional workplace. All the staff are friendly, kind, and really embody what it means to be a team player and help each other succeed. The leadership is unlike anything I have experienced before. The leadership is very structured, organized, and they are friendly! I cannot say enough great things about Hansei! :)

      Cons

      Difficulty to advance due to limited positions - but employees are compensated well so I do not see that really being an issue.
