      -high growth opportunities -they fully support and take their chance with staff, if the company gets proven they have the right people for the job -good onboarding -supports employees -fair, correct and honest attitude and way of handling things, not the usual Spanish way

      It's not in my home city, Colleagues don't know how good an employer they have

      Pros

      Reliable and professional management, solid and smart package, great new headoffice-building and in transition to a truly digital company. Sense of humor, nice colleagues and everybody can be proud to work for a financial healthy and stable company with just great holiday-resorts.

      the transition to a digital company goes fast and some employees have problems with the pace
