Pros
The company takes care of their employees like 1 big family. The people and work environment is great and friendly. Harbar is a Great place to work. The company invest in their employees. Improvements are made where their is Value.
Cons
The base pay and benefits are very low compared to the average company with the amount of employees. The more I work here, the more it seems like a place for recent graduates or people starting out their career. Their seems to be high turn over.
