      Management listens to their employees and actively encourages new ideas from everyone. They promote teamwork unlike any place I have worked at before. It is a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.

      Cons

      The warehouse is cold in the winter and if you aren't fully on board with the culture you will probably be finding a new job soon (con if you aren't on board, pro if you are)
