I have been working in the air conditioning industry for almost 20 years. I have never worked for a company with the dedication to their customers and employees that Hawkins has mastered. All my fellow Co workers have worked here a very long time. There is a very high turn over rate in the A C business generally due to it being a seasonal demand. Not at Hawkins every department has very experienced managers and employees which have worked there for years. Thats how you know that you are working for a Excellent company. I am so thankful that I have found a company that values honesty customer service as well as their employees.
