      Got to meet amazing people

      I was fired due to the fact I didn't want to cancel a trip that I mentioned during interviews and because I had to take an unscheduled day off due to a death in my family.

      Wish the pay was better before commission based pay. I thought I would be working in an office developing a company not out in public trying to sell a product.

      Pros

      The interview process was so thorough. The first round was a great overview of the company however the second round was amazing I got to see the in and outs of the conceptual side of the business. After getting the position I absolutely love the support from the management and training team. I love being surrounded by ambitious people it’s inspiring and just promotes that much more progression.

      Cons

      Being that the workplace atmosphere and the level of ambition and support is amazing I feel that they’re aren’t really any cons. I feel that they clearly explained the business as well as answered all of my questions in detail which made me feel that much more comfortable and excited to get started.
