      Pros

      Some of the best growth minds I have ever worked with across Social + SEM. Innovative measurement team. High performers get promoted very fast and given extra responsibility. Work from home is standard. Pays well

      Cons

      Startup culture can be chaotic at times, but this is what you sign up for at a smaller company.

      Pros

      Working with an incredible group of hard workers who constantly are thinking outside the box to achieve great things. Everyone is on the same page of providing our clients a valuable and rewarding experience, and will do what it takes to make that happen. The company has received awards in AdWeek for being one of the top up and coming ad agencies and it’s for good reason.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, the internal process management varies from team to team, but VPs and cross-team channels communicate frequently to ensure client success. They are working to streamline this with time, but client success comes first.

      Super sharp & collaborative team. Building a high integrity, outcome oriented, creative problem solving culture that genuinely cares about the goals and growth of client partners. Tons of opportunity to build skills, take on new challenges and drive significant impact. Diverse & exciting portfolio of clients with a very strong reputation and service level.

      Cons

      Some expected growing pains as the team has tripled in 18 months. Still nailing down some internal processes & plenty of scrappiness required. Workload can be a crunch at times, but comes with an early stage agency business.
