Great co-workers, Supervisors want to help you succeed and move forward in your career, Not micro-managed, Good work environment. Great Flex schedule with every other Friday off. Amazing leadership team that pushes for more professional development and work flow improvement.
Cons
Low deductible health benefits do not cover family members. High deductibles for family.

Great mission statement, the company and employees truly believe in it. They support and care about the community. Work life balance. Good work environment. Flexible schedules, telecommute options, 9/80's etc.
Cons
Small to mid size company so there is not much room for advancement within the company. They do not push promoting from within.
