      Pros

      Everyone deserves at least the basic health care which the company is providing. The counseling is a new concept, company provides multitasking opportunities for the counselors to help to assist the problems of peoples to manage their lives stress free.

      Cons

      Satisfying the customers, servicing them on different projects, may provide the intellectual challenges for all that many employees seek.

      The culture was very positive. The great coworkers we found, everyone was very understanding. The great thing found about this company was that they focused on individual growth. Managers are very supportive, it was a life changing experience.
