- Autonomy. & Work from home. - Wearing a few different hats, gives you good experience. - Technology will be ground breaking one day, the mind of Dr. D'Arcy is one that you will never stop learning from.
Cons
- No sales strategy. Fear inducing when things aren't working. No coaching from direct management. - Sales organization does a lot of finger pointing to its own sales reps. - Sales leadership doesn't understand the true sales cycle, they have been deceived.
