      They truly care about the workers because they know happy workers means happy seniors.

      The clock in/out app system can use improvement, but I can always use the home phone to clock in/out

      Steady Work, if you like caring for seniors or people who need help Great training, you will learn alot about yourself and how to care for others

      Cons

      If you are quick tempered, generally frantic, talk loud, fast or alot, are frustrated easily or unreliable, this is not for you. This job requires compassion, slowing down and seeing life from another person's perspective. It requires the genuine desire to care for another person. So it might not be a good fit for some people.
