      Pros

      Very thorough training and helpful employees. Management is very strong and knowledgeable. I have never felt uncomfortable or unhappy. They are very relaxed and happy with taking holidays and respect your work/life balance. I have never stayed in office after 5pm.

      Cons

      Bournemouth can be really depressing during the non-summer months.
