      Pros

      Traders get a lot of autonomy, quality support and a straightforward and fair payout structure.

      Cons

      They only hire traders with a significant track record. Not a bad thing, its the business model they've chosen and have been successful at it; but it is a difficult company to get into if you don't have much experience.
