Pros

Relevant aircraft to fly. (AW-139, S76C+/++, B429) Good MX High level of training and professionalism. IFR experience and FMS experience. Quality people who work hard and share the load. - Good people in all departments: Pilot/Operations/MX Techs Salaried, slower winters, guaranteed pay. 401K w/ 6% matching Healthcare

Cons

Squeeze every drop out of you. Part 135 charter, must fly to make money, runs lean. - They never have enough pilots and require long days. - Many 12-14 Hr days, with short (10-12 hr) turns. Schedule could be better. (Summer: 6-on/4-off; Winter: 7-on/7-off) - Most competing companies offer 7/7 all year Asked to come in for OT frequently, day rate changes unannounced (betw $1000-$1500/day) Salaried, busy summers, pay feels insufficient for hours working. 401K requires 1 year before allowed to contribute. Medical is relatively expensive and coverage not the best. Upper Management thinks they know it all. Unwilling to listen to suggestions, or adapt to changing times. - they would rather good pilots/employees leave, then make relevant and meaningful changes to keep employees happy and stay competitive.

Pros

For part 135 operations best pay in the area. 7 days on and 7 days off in the winter. Plenty of summer overtime opportunities.

Cons

6 days on 4 days off in the summer.
