Sky is the limit. The level of organizational commitment from management is spectacular - everyone really lives and breathes Hello Direct. Sales employees are ultimately in control of their success. If you work hard you will see good results. There are many tools given to help, such as strategies and coaching. It is a competitive, fun, and motivating environment and the people are great to work with.

Cons

The cafeteria is no longer open.
