Working here has been a truly rewarding experience. I started as an Admin Assistant and have been given multiple opportunities to grow and climb the ladder. The company truly values its people and fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. Everything is based on data and output, which makes recognition and rewards fair and well-deserved. Hard work never goes unnoticed — it’s motivating to give your best when your efforts are genuinely appreciated. I believe the HR Department, particularly in Global Business Services, is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that continues to evolve. Like any growing team, there are areas that can still be strengthened — especially around process efficiency — and that’s completely understandable. Continuous improvement is part of the journey, and it’s great to see the team striving for it. What I truly appreciate is that the people here are passionate about their work and genuinely strive to make a positive impact. The team is composed of talented and hardworking individuals who care deeply about delivering great results. I also love how new team members bring in healthy competition — it keeps everyone motivated and inspired to perform even better. As the group continues to expand, I’m excited to see it align even more closely with global hiring standards — something I personally look forward to. The GBS Team was so competitive. When I joined the team, I realized I had a lot of things to learn. The Sr. Recruiters are straightforward when it comes to giving feedback, which is far from the local culture of "plastikan". If you are the type of person who cannot accept true feedback, you will think that they are bad. Before I left the company, I experienced handling different positions and learned how to manage requisitionsons, which is great for my recruitment career. The company management is also great. They usually conduct town hall meetings.
