Pros

Working as part of a team with other carers and the office team means we can provide great support for our customers. This is the best job I've ever had.

Cons

Pros

Helping hands is an amazing company to work for, i have been with them over 6 years and progression is brilliant i went from being a carers to are care coordinator. with out the personal touch from management i wouldn't of been able to progress so quickly. Although Helping hands is a large company, the individual branches make it feel very family orientated. my manager is just the best, she is very supportive and will always want to work with me so i am able to progress to the next role.

Cons

as with any care company the salary could be better however across the care sector my salary is one of the highest. on call payment and they way it is working needs much improvement
