      Pros

      The opportunity for growth within this company is amazing. There is a strong sense of team work. Whenever someone is struggling your leader or owner is there for support. I've found that the confidence I have in myself has grown exponentially. Each day is an opportunity for me to push myself harder. For anyone wanting the opportunity to run a business this is the place to start

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that this isn't always for everybody. It can be intimidating to go into businesses but for me that has only helped me grow personally and professionally.

      An Amazing Boss whom never gives up on his employees

      Pros

      Been working for the company for a while now. I worked many other jobs where your just another number and easily replaced. I have made many mistakes and the president still stands by my side. Very proud and happy to work for a company like this!

      Cons

      The cons of working here is that it's a self reflection of whom you are as a person. Which some parts you probably wouldn't like to know. But great thing is that there's always a way to fix it.
