I’ve always felt encouraged and uplifted by my colleagues and managers to push our clients further. Not once have I felt that my ideas are too “out-there” and there’s overall a safe space for discussion. Everyone is so kind and helpful and there’s always a good laugh in every meeting! Whenever we meet in person it feels like a big happy group of creatives excited to make a difference in the design/health world.
