Pros
- Excellent, supportive leadership team who value their team - Employees are able to suggest improvements and these are acted on - Excellent company ethos and social events - Employees have access to a generous Development Fund to pay for training/conferences
Cons
Genuinely no downsides. I only left for a role with the ability to work from home, which wasn't possible in my role with Hexegic. This was a customer requirement rather than a Hexegic decision.
