Pros
The people. Everyone is very nice, and it's a pleasure to work with them. No "corporate" niceness, just genuinely nice people. Working and releasing new content/features rapidly is very enjoyable and satisfying. No micromanagement and being able to take responsibility for a wide range of topics/challenges. Remote working is very nice.
Cons
Code quality was low when I joined, but there are plans to improve it. No clear path of professional growth at the moment.

- Great team full of very nice, humble, and smart people. - Lots of projects and product updates that make it extremely dynamic and never boring. -Product/Design/Engineering teams seem to be ON IT!
Cons
- High growth targets but this is the MO in VC-backed startups.
