This was an amazing opportunity for me to get to know so many awesome people. I learned so much and matured so much from working at these camps. I also didn't have to shower very often, and no one thought it was weird :)
Cons
It's exhausting. Every minute is worth it, but you have to take a week off after the summer's over because your body will shut down once the summer's over.
This place changes lives and impacts people beyond explanation. The work environment is pretty relaxed and they welcome entry-level employees. Things are pretty flexible here and there is a lot of freedom to do what you need or want to do each day.
Cons
Roles are not clearly defined which leads to a lot of frustration and confusion at times.
