Pros

- Allows for development both as a software engineer and as a professional. Started from the very basics and were willing to slow down in order to properly onboard the group of new starters. - A very comfortable, light-hearted atmosphere. The tech team is very supportive, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration. - Lots of opportunity for self-driven learning and to share that knowledge among the team. - Fantastic team to work with. Team Leads and Project Managers do a really good job and are very involved with our process. - Great company benefits. Our HR team rocks.

Pros

The company culture is really strong and everyone connects with the values. Having worked in a number of other companies prior to coming here, I can honestly say High Speed Training genuinely care about their employees and their wellbeing. The benefits package has recently been improved even further and the business is always looking at other ways to improve.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about working here.

A company that genuinely cares about its employees

Pros

Very flexible working, lots of initiatives such as Force for Good, Mental Health Champions and so much more. As well as caring about the customers and training, they look after their employees too. Brilliant and transparent communication as well which is refreshing from other places I have worked.

Cons

Fully remote which might not suit everyone, although there is the option to go into the head office and a central Leeds office
