      Pros

      Get to work on interesting projects with cool technology. Management knows their stuff, and product managers have a lot of opportunities to get involved. Making an effort to recruit a fun, diverse, high-energy group of people. Pay and benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Beholden to big pharma's bureaucracy a lot of the time. Have survived in a competitive industry for a while, so can be change-averse.

      Great people - very high performance expectations. Fast paced and interesting. Good benefits and comp.

      Lots of paperwork highly regimented documentation that often does not add value. Long sales cycles can result from a very complicated and difficult internal process
