I have an experience with big corporate companies, and I have to say HighTec is entirely different. It provides me a friendly dynamic environment where I have a chance to be part of it daily. It is an open-minded environment where we can to talking very openly without the fear we will be punished for our opinion. Here I feel I have a possibility to be really part of the team. I have very friendly and experienced colleagues who listen to my needs and help me get the work done together. We are working with the latest technologies, so I do not get older too quickly, and I feel I can stay in contact with the youngers :-) I am pleased that I can be part of it!
Cons
For someone, the size of the company could be a disadvantage since you can not "hide" under the tuns of management layers, but I see that as a benefit :-)
