      Pros

      Higher Ground provides a great environment in the production department. Many amazing acts come through and things stay fresh and interesting due to the variety of events put on.

      Cons

      This isn't so much a con as it's expected when you know what you're getting into, but if you're new to events be prepared for late nights.

      Fantastic coworkers, interesting work environment, free concerts, get to check out and meet cool artists.

      Cons

      Pay stinks, have to deal with some really aggressive guests sometimes, shows can be very stressful.
