      kind and supportive team fair and communicative co-workers and management great mission and purpose from both HigherRing and their clients lots of resources for a fully remote team well above average benefits people really care about each other

      You are not just a number, you truly are family. Self care and breaks are paramount. Raises happen at least annually. Too many pros to list.

      Not a con for me but this is a fully remote employer. No brick and mortar anywhere.
